Timber Prague apartment buildings were awarded in another domestic competition
We are delighted that our Timber Praha, part of the Arcus City residential complex in Prague-Reporyje, has won another award, this time in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2024 competition. We got the Address magazine Sustainability Award from the gala evening at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV hotel on Thursday 23 January. Timber Praha has previously won, among others, the title of "Environmental Project of the Year" in the Best of Realty 2024 competition. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the realization of this sustainable project!
Timber Praha's modern apartment buildings made of solid CLT panels in the most energy-efficient category A and with BREEAM Excellent environmental certification are the first of their kind in the history of the capital city.
