We prepared for you model apartments in Timber Praha
We have prepared a modern model apartment in the Timber Praha project characterized by original design and emphasis on natural materials. The recently completed apartment buildings made of CLT panels with PENB A extraordinary energy efficiency and BREEAM Excellent environmental certification are located in the Prague-Reporyje district and are part of the Arcus City residential complex. New owners can move in now. The sale is exclusively arranged by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
The 51.6 m2 sample apartment is located in the L building and is furnished mainly with natural materials. "Thanks to the wood, the interiors in Timber Praha already look very warm and pleasant when unfurnished. All rooms have natural wood on the ceiling and oak parquet floors. Only the walls are lined with plasterboard for practical reasons. The furnishings in the model apartment are also in a natural tone. Our vision is to provide as pleasant a living space as possible in harmony with nature, not only by using natural materials such as wood, stone or textiles made from natural materials, but also by adding elements of greenery. The terrace will be partially covered with sprouting greenery and is equipped with flower boxes ready for planting," describes David Lukas, chief architect of UBM Development Czechia.

Those interested can see for themselves how pleasant and cosy units of different dimensions can be furnished.
