We approved buildings G,H,I of the Arcus City residential complex
Buildings G, H, I are located in the very centre and include 66 apartments with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk and sizes from 39 to 101 m2. Currently, half of the units remain to be purchased. The new owners will move into the apartments in autumn 2024. The sale of the apartments is exclusively handled by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
Each apartment has a balcony, terrace or front garden. There is a cellar and parking space in the underground garage. Commercial units on the ground floor of buildings G, H, I will offer residents and the general public from the neighborhood grocery and service shops. Direct connection to Stodůlky and Luka metro stations will be provided by a bus line in the centre of Arcus City from Toufarova stop from September.

We also offer a subsidised mortgage with an interest rate of 2.89 % for two years for buyers of flats in the J, K, L buildings.
