We have prepared a unique event "Open Days" for general public" in our residential project Arcus City - Timber Praha. Guided tours are held every working day from Monday to Friday, always at 1 pm. The meeting point is at our sales centre at the project site - Hasilova Street, Prague-Reporyje.
During the guided tour you will have the opportunity to see unique apartment buildings made of CLT panels, equipped with modern technologies in individual apartments and houses. Timber Praha apartment buildings with BREEAM Excellent environmental certification and in the most energy-efficient category A are part of the Arcus City project. The Arcus City residential complex offers a total of 278 residential units with layouts from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and five commercial units. 150 apartments have already been occupied by their residents and the project will be completed with the approval of buildings G, H, I and J, K, L, M now in the summer. The project is being sold exclusively by Lexxus Norton real estate agency.
