We have successfully completed other apartment buildings E and F in the Arcus City project
Apartment buildings comprise a total of 50 apartments with layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk. There is last apartment left for sale. We are also continuing with the construction of buildings G, H, I and the implementation of the unique residential project Timber Praha, the first timber multi-storey apartment buildings in the modern history of Prague. The sale of flats in Arcus City in Praha - Řeporyje district is exclusively handled by the real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
Thanks to the construction of the second phase and the Timber Praha project of modern wooden apartment buildings, we can offer those interested in living in Arcus City additional units with a layout of 1 + kk to 4 + kk in a high standard and with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The second stage in the central part of Arcus City with buildings G, H, I includes 63 apartments ranging in size from 38.9 m2 to 101 m2. Its rough construction has recently been completed. There is also a small square with a relaxation area and shops. Completion is planned for the 4th quarter of 2024.
