We completed the rough construction of the 2nd phase of the Arcus City project - G, H, I buildings
We completed the rough construction of the second phase of the Arcus City residential project in the Prague-Reporyje district. Buildings G, H, I contain a total of 63 apartments and several commercial units on the ground floor. The building is scheduled for occupation in Q4 2024 and the future owners may move in in Q2 2025. The sale of the project, which is being developed with BREEAM environmental certification, is being handled by real estate agency Lexxus Norton.
After the completion of the reinforced concrete structure, the façade is now being completed and the windows are being fitted. Work is also moving to the interiors, which will be followed by the brickwork of the internal partitions and the installation of wiring. At the same time, landscaping will be carried out.
