Timber Praha project reduces carbon dioxide emissions by as much as 60 % compared to traditional construction methods. Wood is a durable and renewable natural material.

4. Energy self-
    sufficiency

The buildings are fitted with heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, geothermal wells, smart technologies etc.

5. Low cost

The project is realized in the most energy-efficient category A and with BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.
